I reserve the right to decline any request at my own discretion.

I have the right to use commissions in my portfolio as self promotion/commission sample.

Let me know from the start if the commission is private.

Commission time is between 2-4 weeks, since I'm a student.

You can pay rush fee to be prioritized.

My timezone is (GMT+1).

Contact me throught Discord or X for inquiries or price quotation questions. I usually reply in a day or two.

Payment full upfront.

I accept payment only via PayPal and Kofi. Paypal taxes will be calculated in the invoice.

I can accept refunds only in sketch phase (50% of the price).

Contact me in DMs, sending clear references for your commission, desired pose and other details.

I'll give you the calculated price based on your request.

I'll send you a PayPal invoice (+ taxes).

After receiving the payment, I'll start the commission.

I'll send the first sketch. You can make unlimited changes.

Once approved, I'll send a clean sketch/lineart update.

I'll send the flat color update. Feel free to correct colors if needed.

I'll shade the illustration and do some final touches (post-production) and add my watermark (you can remove it buying the commercial license).

The final piece will be sent via Google Drive, including wips too.

Any major change after the sketch phase will be charged.

You may not claim any work I create as your own.

You may not sell any of my work as NFT or use it to AI Training.

You may not create merchandise from a commission unless the commercial fee is paid.

Commissions are for personal use only unless said otherwise.
You can use them as icons, headers and post them on social media crediting me and keeping my watermark on it.

Commercial commissions will require a extra 100% fee of the whole cost. Commercial use will not have my watermark on it. Crediting me as the artist (chouxrain) will still be needed.

Any violation to these guidelines will result in blacklist from my commissions.
